This document defines the General Conditions of Use for the TRANSCEND website and application. These conditions must be accepted by all platform users.

Acceptance of Conditions

Access to and use of the platform attributes the condition of user, who accepts, from said access, these General Conditions of Use. Users agree to make appropriate use of the platform and not use it for illegal activities or those that infringe current regulations.

To use certain platform services, registration is required by providing true and accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy derived from their interpretation or execution, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer user's domicile or, failing that, to those of Vigo (Pontevedra).
